In this video I share about the Alliance 3-Tier Theological Hermeneutic, as it relates to roles of women in ministry as an open question in the C&MA. As I share, this was not my invention, but was the invention of A.B. Simpson and early Alliance leaders, and the placement of doctrines and practices as Essentials, Alliance Distinctive, or Open Questions was not subjective, but based on prayer, study, and consultation together by Simpson and early Alliance leaders.
