Fussing over kjv vs. MV is not THE issue. The fact is that there are around 7000 world languages yet the complete Bible exists in less than 500 of them. Why?

And we set here debating the merits of our numerous English versions when few of us if any are at the least bilingual to even be able the begin making an accurate assessment of translations much less grasp translation theories so as to interact with the translations skilfully.

Imagine getting to negotiate the deal with a printer to print the gospel of Luke in five different languages one of which our translation of Luke is the first printed book ever in the history of that language.

There are many mistranslations in the KJV along with many obsolete words. I believe that is one thing that is wrong today we don’t know the original language basically because we are 1lazy, 2 are addicted to the things of the world like TV for instance.

Many of the bygone theologians taught themselves the original languages.

Would you rather have what God directed writers to write, or what the KJV says, which only confirms your theology?
