Jesus spoke Aramaic in his final moments. Was this his usual language? If so, why are the rest of his words quoted in Greek?

The Greek NT mentions the Hebrew language 10 times. There is no reference to the Aramaic language in the NT. Even in places where the NIV uses the word Aramaic it is a translation of the Greek word Ἑβραικοῖς (Hebrew).
It is possible that Jesus spoke Aramaic to the common people and Hebrew in the synagogues and at Temple.
