80-120? How big is the one you attend ?

If we think of a church as a family, 80 to 120 would be large enough although the family size church often settles for less than it ought to be. It is hard to break in with a new idea, concept or vision.

As long as the pastor is getting his salary it shouldn’t matter the size
If congregation and pastor are happy

The problem here is that after paying for the building, lights, insurance & maybe a music leader there is often not enough left for the pastor and family.

It is hard for any church to break the family size of ~100 members and grow pass that barrier

According to the statistics given to us at an Eastern North Carolina Church of God Pastor’s Conference
The average church in America is 70 “attenders” (and less).
