I wouldn’t want to come to such a dramatic conclusion that the locusts are a divine Judgement from God….but I wouldn’t also want to pretend that the appearance of the locusts at this time is a just a natural event.
But what I know for sure is that for sometime now there has been some tell tale signs alll over the globe of things very unnatural. from climatic upheavals to political uncertainties and restlessness unseen before. A global lawlessness of the highest order whereby govts are forced to bow down to pressures from “peoples power” Reports of wars and earthquakes are no more news to our ears but these swarms of locusts and the Corona virus are the type of very troubling new news amidst a very chaotic world.
A month or so we were all praying for Australia as it battled a national crisis in the form of wildfires..
Now China is battling a national crisis in the form of Corona virus.
The greater part of Eastern. Africa has a regional crisis in the form of locusts….
The Bible says in the LAST DAYS PERILOUS TIMES SHALL COME..and it goes on to show the state of man’s heart in “those perilous times”..
I looked up the word perilious and find this//
involving or full of grave risk or peril; hazardous; dangerous://
By this definition I gather that perilous TIMES are a precursor to the LAST DAYS….
Three days ago I watched a CNN news report on a terrifying junk of glacier breaking off an. Iceberg and my immediate thought was GOD how many millions of years had that glacier been intact unperturbed regulating things on earth and now it is gone forever..
and the word PERILIOUS TIMES sprang up in my mind..
No engineer can restore that glacier to its original place..
We surely are living in perilous times but I wouldn’t say the unnatural phenomena is God’s divine Judgement..
