| PentecostalTheology.comIn Matthew 26:34, we see Jesus telling Peter that before rooster crows, you will disown me three times:
“Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” NIV
However, in Mark, it says the rooster will crow twice:
“Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “today—yes, tonight—before the rooster crows twice you yourself will disown me three times.” NIV
Is this a discrepancy, or is the language used in Matthew allow for plurality? What is the significance of the rooster crowing twice?

John Mushenhouse I think it was Isara Mo who stated
John 4:24 ESV
[24] God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” //
I want to understand the meaning of this verse .
Please avail me a useful link or resource or a sermon or teaching in the subject (worship in spirit and truth )
Thanks
and to this Donald McLeod Carmont responded that in his book Naked in Worship (655 pages, now out of print), I address this. I’ve found John Macarthur’s (while decidedly non-Pentecostal) comments on this passage most helpful. If you’d like an e-copy of my book, private message me with your email address and I will send it to you.

I would also like to point out that John Macarthur’s who holds DTS dispens. views @jose salinas (while decidedly non-Pentecostal) is still loved with his views by Oscar Valdez – views as described ARE decidedly non-Pentecostal
