Is it possible to take fellowship/communion by yourself if it is communion of the body of Christ? Aren’t we communing with the pther members of thebody when we take it?

Some people takes it every day I think heard them say. I take it at Church when we have it. We let a person examine their heart.and take it if they want too.

As I wrote in my book “God’s Healing Arsenal,” when I had 3rd stage rectal cancer in 2007, I partook of Communion every night before I went to bed, taking as Bernard of Clairvaux put it, “God’s medicine.” I would pray, Jesus, You are my Bread of Life, come and nourish me as I partake and build up my immune system. As I drink this cup, Your blood flows through my veins. I overcome by the blood of the Lamb. Cause Your blood to cleanse my blood and body of every cancerous cell, for by Your stripes I am healed.” So communion was a part of God’s healing arsenal for me, and I was healed!

Paul L. King Clairvaux is right but he did not take it daily. I tried to outline some that came to mind UP to 5cent. IF You can think of any early ones DO let me know (with source pls)

NOW what can we think of the Pope providing a special priest for Catherine ? Was the priest even needed ?

    I Corinthians 11
16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?

17 For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

Here it is a collective thing. We are many, but we are one bread. We have communion with the body of Christ.

    I Corinthians 11
23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

    Also, I Corinthians 12
12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

So we see he tells his readers that they are the one bread. Jesus took the bread and said, “This is my body.’ And Paul tells his readers that they are members of the body of Christ.

How can you be many by yourself?

What’s the difference if you take it alone by yourself or with a. Crowd. You are remembering. The Lords Body He gave on the Cross for our Salvation and the Stripes He bore our healing. And the Cup represents. The Shedding Of His Blood for our sins. The Bible says. Without the Shedding Of Blood , there is no remission of sins. The blood of bulls and goats or animals could never pay for our sins. It took a Spotless Lamb. Jesus gave itr the Spotless Lamb to shed His Blood. It wasn’t just any blood. It was Spotless Lambs Blood. When we eat the Bread. He gave His Spotless Lambs Body for our forgiveness and Healing. He gave His Spotless Blood. To shed and Bleed His Precious Blood to cleanse us , set us free from our guilty Sins. Every time we Put The Bread in our mouth. We are suppose to be remembering that. He did it for Me. To keep me from sin. Every time we take the Cup that represents His Blood bHe Shed On Calvary. To forgive us of that filthy sin. When we drink the Cup. We are to be Remembering He did that for me because He didn’create. hell for us. But because we sinned. He Went To The Cross. So. We wouldn’t have to go to the hell He created for this devil and his angels. Doesn’t this really if you remember His Body every day. It makes me think Maybe we all should take it every day. But when we do take of His Body that the Bread represents. And His Blood that the Cup represents. We need to surely be Remembering His Body and His Blood. So I believe it’s alright to Per Take Of His Body And Blood every day. I don’t know

Jesus said ‘drink ye all of it.’ not ‘go take it by thyself sometime when others aren’t around.’

I do the same thing. I lost a complete message yesterday. I was trying to fix a word. Before I got finished with my message. Someone else started writing under my message. I was trying to separate my last line cf my message from the other message. I don’t know if it showed who it was writing the message or not. I just hit erase on mine. But I think it erased all of it. I didn’t know that could happen. But it did. I never could figure it out.
