Blessed is the man who can break free from opium smoking without going to the Rehab Centre.
Most addictions are demonic in nature so it is very probable or possible that there is such a thing as Facebook addiction.
Fasting is usually part of the deliverance package so if there is release from being separated from Facebook for a few days or weeks or years, then it is indicative that one was an dope addict to the social media.
But for most people, average users like Troy Day, Facebook is not an addiction but a place of seeking knowledge.. I have not found wisemen fasting from knowledge but towards knowledge.
But for some who has made Facebook an alternative bedroom, a bar to vent one’s frustrations, a place to run away from a noisy wife or a brute husband,
then it is not bad to FAST FROM FACEBOOK.
