HOW MANY STILL BELIEVE THAT THE TRIBULATION IS OF THE FUTURE?
Great Tribulation started when the disciples were persecuted, thrown in prison, and stoned. It continued when the first Christians were killed, crucified and thrown into the arenas to be eaten by wild beasts. And it did not end when the RCC persecuted, tortured and burned true believers. We are still attacked daily by Satan and some of our brothers and sisters are even killed for their faith today. Jesus taught, “In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world,” John [16:33](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6J7TgukZ_Q4&t=993s). Paul being persecuted himself and encouraging the believers in his letters to stand firm in these times of tribulation (Romans [8:17](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6J7TgukZ_Q4&t=497s)-18, 35-39), advised them to “… put on the full Armor of God,” Ephesians [6:10](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6J7TgukZ_Q4&t=370s) – 17.

It’s clear that the book of revelations is Relevant Now more than ever. And it must be interpreted in stages, Pre, Mid and post. There has never been such wide discussion on this profound subject. I don’t personally believe we have seen the tribulation that is directed at Israel and Jerusalem. But of course there will be Global events that impact the worlds economy, finances and survival itself. I would like to be in that perfect place of peace with The Lord. Apparently that’s not Impossible.

The tribulation started when the church endured persecution, under the hands of the Roman Caesars then the antichrist Pope, who persecuted and killed hundreds of thousands of practicing Christians and Jews for not following the Pope’s heresy laws. They kept God’s Sabbath after Constantine mixed Roman paganism with Christianity and renamed their false gods, by Christian names. Apollo became Peter, who they see as the first Pope and the Pope is considered as God; that is heresy.

There has always been some tribulation in the world. But the great Tribulation is for mostly the Jews. Most of the world will be involved in this conflict as Armies surround Israel to try and destroy her. But we are the Eagle wings that will help protect her. The Bible says that this tribulation will be the worst this “nation” (Israel) will see since it became a Nation. Jesus said in the Last Days, not in those days when He was living. The disciples asked when was the end of the world and His coming. well the end of the world is now (soon) He hasn’t come yet so that time was not near to those people back then. There are two separate & different persecutions. The current persecution is by the wicked world as promised by Jesus, but He says be of good cheer as He Has overcome it & will be with the persecuted believers & comfort them.
The persecution yet to come is after the church rapture & is the 7-yr terrible tribulation by the antichrist & God’s wrath for the unbelieving Jews and those left behind like the church fence-sitters/doubters & all unbelievers from all religions.
So, just know the truth & the truth will surely set u free, ok ?

Sorry I cannot agree. According to the Lord himself the MEGA THLIPSIS (great tribulation – Matt 24:15-22) does not begin until the Abomination of Desolation image is set up in the new temple. Dan 12:11 Matt 24:15. This has not occurred yet. It has been impossible until modern times cos only now does Man have the ability to destory all life on Earth v22.

Edith Neumaier – NO we are NOT in the Great Tribulation. Yes christians can be persecuted, but THAT is NOT the tribulation period. The tribulation period is a period of 7 years and it is God’s judgement on the world and Israel as a nation. The purpose of the tribulation is to bring Israel to repentance, and halfway through (at the 3 1/2 year mark) when the Anti-christ breaks the agreement and turns on Israel of which 2/3 rds will be killed, the last 3rd God will come in and fight for them, and He will protect them, thats when all Israel will be saved (all the surviving ones) and when Christ comes back with His saints, the Bride of Christ (those of us who were ruptured before the tribulation) they will look on Him (the Lord Jesus Christ) whom they had pierced.

I feel pretty confident that the tribulation started per Daniel 9:27 on September 18, 2019, when the AC confirmed the covenant with the many. Consider how many went to Jesus’ tomb expecting to see Him risen on Sunday morning (none). I believe the event was clear and fell right on the right day according to scripture, but no, CNN, BBC and Fox aren’t going to tell you, and it matches scripture, not the false idea that it involves a peace agreement with Israel (that’s not in the Bible): https://www.facebook.com/leonard.lapadula/posts/2400333310073707
If I have it all correct (and I am not 100% I do – but I think I do), then the burnt offerrings should start in Jerusalem very soon – perhaps within a week.
If that’s right, then I have more that I believe will happen this year, but waiting to see about the sacrifices first.
