May God enlarge Japheth, And may he dwell in the tents
of Shem;….
Note: Japheth will not dwell in his own tents but will dwell in that of his brother !!.
If such is the case, how then does God enlarge him?

After leaving the Ark, all of Noah’s family lived in tents as might be expected of a migrating people. Still, the families needed to specialize for more productivity. Japheth family focus on farming and Ham’s on hunting. Shem’s family are raising sheep, weaving and making tents, which they will exchange for Japheth’s family grain and Ham’s game.
