Bill Stockham | PentecostalTheology.comOur voices should cry out today: “…In the wilderness PREPARE THE WAY OF THE LORD; make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain. And THE GLORY OF THE LORD SHALL BE REVEALED, and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.” (Isa. 40:3-5) [When our Pastors stand behind their pulpits, the word of God in their hand, the anointing of the Holy Spirit in their spirit! How do we prepare the way of the Lord? Our prayers, our presence, our participation!] “The grass withers, the flower fades, but THE WORD OF OUR GOD WILL STAND FOREVER.” (Isa. 40:8) [For many thousands of years the Word of God has miraculously made it just as God would have it!] “CAUSE ME TO UNDERSTAND the way of your precepts, that I MAY MEDITATE on your wonderful deeds.” (Psa. 119:27) [Precept: a general rule intended to regulate behavior or thought, our Abba Father wants us to meditate on Him and think about Him!] “Turn my eyes away from worthless things; preserve my life ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD. Remember your word to your servant, for YOU HAVE GIVEN ME HOPE.” (Psa. 119:37, 49) [Every Word of God is important, as we hear the word, let us rejoice and be glad because IT WILL CHANGE OUR LIVES!] “EVERY WORD OF GOD is flawless; HE IS A SHIELD to those who take refuge in him.” (Prov. 30:5) [Listen to what our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ says to us today…] “…It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on EVERY WORD that comes from the mouth of God.'” (Matt. 4:4)
Be blessed as you praise The Lord, knowing that OUR LIVES WILL BE PRESERVED ACCORDING TO THE WORD OF GOD!
