Dr. Williams preaching tonight from Ez. 37: 1-14 ( Valley of the dry bones ) He gave a dramatic reading of the scripture. Painted a gruesome word picture of the aftermath of the Persian war on Israel. Compared this to America’s banishment of christian culture and how that we may all feel cut off and dried up. Then there was a lot of rhetorical content, that one expects from pentecostal preaching but there was also a lot of hope and optimism for those who listened in. Toward the end you could almost hear the wind blowing on the dry bones and hear them begin to rattle into life.
