they are now in hell…predestined!

Ricky Grimsley [03/11/2016 12:35 PM]
What about judas.John 17:12 KJVS [12] While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

Ed Brewer [03/11/2016 12:40 PM]
yes

Charles Page [03/11/2016 12:40 PM]
no, he is God’s elect. True, scripture was fulfilled about him being son of perdition. God’s elect can be “lost” ‘become reprobate. That does not mean they are not God’s child.

Calvinism affirms strongly that Judas was predestined to hell.

A Pelagian or Arminian who believe Judas was predestined to hell is really confused.

The Bible does not support that notion.

Charles Page [03/11/2016 12:45 PM]
Calvinist believe that Esau was predestined for hell.

Ricky Grimsley [03/11/2016 12:49 PM]
Sounds like judas went to hell John 17:12 KJVS [12] While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

Psalm 109:6-8 KJVS [6] Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand. [7] When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin. [8] Let his days be few; and let another take his office.

WHERE SHALL I begin? http://www.pentecostaltheology.com/why-am-i-not-a-calvinist/

Ricky Grimsley CAN ONE BE even A PENTECOSTAL and a CALVINIST at the same time? http://www.pentecostaltheology.com/can-one-be-a-pentecostal-calvinist/

Ricky Grimsley [03/11/2016 4:45 PM]
I heard one guy said there is a charismatic community. Im skeptical.

Brian Roden [03/11/2016 4:46 PM]
Whether one can be a classical Pentecostal and a Calvinist, not that likely. But there are quite a number of Calvinist Charismatics (Wayne Grudem, Sam Storms, others)

Troy Day [03/11/2016 4:46 PM]
Well I know for a fact that you cant teach a A CALVINISTS TO DANCE IN THE SPIRIT. I’ve tried with Henry Volk to no avail. He could have never been part of the Toronto blessing (and he’s somewhat of a Russian) http://www.pentecostaltheology.com/teaching-a-calvinists-to-dance-in-the-spirit/

Charles Page “armenianism” is the study of the country of Armenia – not a theological system as you propose 🙂

I’ve seen that debate and Dr. Brown expertly uses the OT to support his position (as his forte is the OT), which is an obvious weakness for White. One of the better, if not the best, debates taking White on in specifically on this issue.
