| PentecostalTheology.comHi FB friends. I am preparing a blog posting on discerning prophecy in the church. I have been well acquainted with the discernment tradition of the Catholic Church, which is excellent.
This tradition, with some modification, is very applicable in Pentecostal and charismatic settings. After all, the Catholic Church has had a lot of experience with nuns and monks giving out prophecies. The best of the Catholic literature if a book by Augustine Poulain, The Graces of Interior Prayer (1903). But I confess I am not very familiar with the newer Pentecostal and charismatic works in this area. Any suggestions?

William DeArteaga are you considering addressing Liberal Theology and the New Apostolic Reformation in the said post?
William DeArteaga [01/28/2016 4:55 PM]
No, it is more of a a guide to prophetic utterance in the local church and how to avoid false prophecy.
