Marc Jackson REAL stuff – not a hoax William DeArteaga Attention Timothy Carter Terry Wiles
Timothy Carter He said, “The last time I was in Chicago the Lord told me I was done. But I’m not done.”That doesn’t make sense.
Marc Jackson Well he wasnt done Probably going back for more
Timothy Carter If he is not done then why would God say, “your done”? God don’t lie.
Marc Jackson that’s a question for God it seems
Timothy Carter Troy Day no it is not. It is obvious that the author of the diary did not hear from God. He said that this voice, whoever it was, that spoke to him told a lie. Therefore that voice is not God.
Marc Jackson Well I dont know Ricky Grimsley seems to believe  God can change His mind too
Ricky Grimsley Take it up with Bible Troy day. The Bible records God changing his mind several times.
Michael Upchurch Not so Ricky Grimsley. Read below. If He changes His mind He is not my God. My God is all-knowing and is not wishy washy. He is Lord of everything including the future.
Marc Jackson Timothy Carter what is more appealing to me is that a person is willing to sleep in the snow street so the Gospel could be preached and heard How many we know are willing to do that?
Timothy Carter What kinda things could be presented by someone who believes God tells lies?
Ricky Grimsley Well God doesn’t tell lies but her certainly allows lies to make things go his way.
Timothy Carter Her who?
Timothy Carter The author of this diary said that God told him that he is done. Then he contradicted that in the very next sentence  saying but I wasn’t done. So either this author is hearing from a lying voice or he chooses to disobey what God said.If it is indeed God who said that he is done then the author called God a liar by contradicting Him. If it is not God who is speaking to this author then he is suffering from hallucinations or a foreign spirit talking to him.Either way he thinks that the voice is a liar.
Marc Jackson Timothy Carter take it easy now HOW many of us have been wrong on hearing from God here? It’s like a conversation with e friend
Timothy Carter Troy Day, you are correct he could be simply making a mistake, Sincere but making a mistake nonetheless. I said if it is not God speaking to him then he is suffering from Hallucinations or a foreign spirit talking to him. I should have also added or he is in mature. The bottom line is God does not lie.
Marc Jackson I think it was meant more of a conversation with God rather than what was implied. I remember back in my day hitch hiking every Sunday to preach in a church for some 2 yrs. Every Sunday there was someone to bring me there. Until God said it is finished. I still went one Sunday on the road as a habit. Police showed up – never seen no police there any given Sunday for 2 yrs until God said – no more
Timothy Carter Troy Day thanks for sharing. You know that God said it is finished. We need to be careful to be sensitive to His leadership.
Marc Jackson Well we know make our mistakes right
Michael Upchurch Well this ought to stir it up but I don’t believe God EVER changed His mind. He is all knowing.  He knows everything today that He will know tomorrow. There are countless examples. All the prophecies concerning Jesus. The way Isaiah and king David wrote of His death.  The man carrying the pitcher of water leading the disciples to the upper room.  Again He knows everything today that He will know tomorrow. That said he knew Hezekiah would pray. He knew Nineveh would repent. He doesn’t change His mind.  He knew you would believe but He didn’t make you believe. He knew you would attend the church you attend but He didn’t make you. He might have led and influenced you but you and I are all free will agents.  He does speak in a still small voice and sometimes we get it right and sometimes we don’t. He isn’t in our mind. He’s in our spirit.  We listen with our mind. That’s where we live and where Satan is active. But God is in our spirit. Deep down inside. I have heard His voice and I’ve missed His voice. We are human, we are not God. But never say He changed His mind. He KNEW what He will do!!  Always!!!
Marc Jackson Michael Upchurch What does your comment have to do with the OP about a street preacher sleeping on the ground?
Michael Upchurch Absolutely zero to do with the article Troy Day but I saw in the thread that the omniscience of the Lord was in question and had to respond. You may delete my comment brother. I care not.
Marc Jackson 🙂 I remember you from the motorways Our first job was @ 700 church road in Southaven Still got friends there  BTW I do believe God does not change His mind IMO Timothy Carter misread what was written and here we are
Michael Upchurch Totally understand Troy. God bless you brother in what you do!
Marc Jackson Well in my old age I try not to do notihng  to no body and even this still bothers some people 🙂
Marc Jackson FOR the RECORD Timothy CarterOP stated “the Lord told me I was done. But I’m not done.”It was not meant to mean God changes His mind or calling God a liar or none of these superficial things spoken in the past 24 hrsHow many times God says you are done but feel we can do more and just feel we are not done or something else could be done – that’s allNow what bothers me personally that we can talk about God changing his mind or not Ricky Grimsley while missing the bigger picture of people sacrificing house and bed to bring the Gospel to a dying world… Just something to think about tonight in your warm soft bed 🙂
Ricky Grimsley Well maybe the important thing is really hearing what God says and knowing his voice and his word. And perhaps God doesn’t change his mind for you Troy day but Moses, David, Hezekiah, and Jesus would disagree.
Marc Jackson So you’ve never made that mistake?
Ricky Grimsley My mistakes are too many to number. I have suffer much in missing God.
Timothy Carter Brother Troy Day I have not misread. The author disagrees with what he believes God said. This is a red flag showing that something is wrong. It is not healthy to disagree with God.
Marc Jackson You misread and misinterpreted Timothy Proper explanation was given It’s a done deal
