Troy Day I believe I read it many years ago in his “Believer’s Handbook” book.
I can’t say if the person was saved or not. I simply don’t recall the story in full detail. But was that your original question, if such demonic manifestations would/could occur in a “Christian?”

Yes they leave marks…bodily marks.
About six years ago I had gone into a church building for a mid week service.I was the first in the place and had just come in with hands my pocket.Suddenly I felt a sudden severe painful cut on my left hand and when I pulled it out there was a deep fresh wound.. ..I had no razor or sharp thing in my pocket and it was only 5 pm in the day.I saw no one..but immediately I began to pray .When the pastor arrived a few minutes later I showed him the deep wound.Lucky there was no blood flow but the pain remained for two weeks..
There was a case of a school girl who every time went home came to church with back lacerations…She said throughout the night a group of ” unseen people” came and flogged her.
Another case is a fresh one of 2017 .I had prayed for a lady who had lost her spouse in an accident many years ago but had been troubled for a long time by demons who beat her up and also sexually molested her.
Troy it is my personal opinion that most people in the church today suffer peer pressure. And so many are afraid to openly acknowledge that they have these dirty” things, these ” unclean experiences” in their lives lest people think they are not okay..they are not born again..they are unholy…as a result they chose to play false holiness, false piety and please the pastor and the congregation that all is well and fine…I said it is my personal opinion so you won’t find incidents of lots of demonic stigmata….
Demons do leave bodily marks….but we have witches and warlocks who do the same…especially in Africa where they come into peoples houses and secretly make bodily incisions…

If occultists could turn sticks into snakes, why not?
I heard in Kalimantan– Indonesian Borneo– there are witchdoctors they call kuyung. Supposedly, when an evil spirit comes on one of these individuals, the head separates from the body, dragging the digestive tract with it (neatly arranged, not stretched all out. The head supposedly flies around, seeking newborn baby blood.
I was surprised when a Christian talked about them as if they were true. My wife had shared the gospel with a couple who were reputed to be kuyung before we were married, to, and they had a church meeting in their home later.
I asked co-workers in my office, and they believed there were kuyung. It is interesting how different the world view is.
Anyway, I was talking a COG pastor’s sister-in-law and her husband about this. The wife was Dakay, from Kalimantan. He said he did not believe in them, but then he heard people talking about seeing them flying around. He and his wife said they saw one flying behind their car, but the head was several times bigger than a regular human head from what they said. They pointed to a large container and said it was that big.
Indonesian witchdoctors supposedly put jimat–amulets– stones or other objects, in people’s bodies and in their teeth. They say they just put it there and it sinks in. There are little stones for making women like men, making men like women, getting favor in business deals, strength and endurance. I saw a video of casting out a demon at a church once. The guy was at the altar area while people sang and some of the people were telling it to come out. The end of the movie showed a number of stones and nails, jimat, that were supposed to have fallen out of his body when they cast the demon out.
The world of the occult is rather weird.

Hinduism.teaches that all creation is illusory…it is a kind of dream…a maya.
Behind the maya there is ultimate reality and you can.experience it.
Occultism to the practioner is not maya….it is the real.thing very real.

You really think spells don’t work?You really believe curses cannot affect you? You think you are immune to charms or witchcraft?You think they are delusional?
Usually I wouldn’t need to prove to anyone that these things are real. It is just a waste of time but I have personally witnessed in the course of ministry so much exposure in the areas of occultism ..witchcraft..spells..charms and how these things adversely affect people especially believers, that I cannot be fooled by Satan and become a sceptic. Satan loves sceptics but hates those who expose him.
Three years ago I had come into some ” classified” information about a long serving Jezebel and when I was in the process of ” exposing” her, I had a very severe spiritual attack that made me stay away from ministry for a year to re group.
I know there is also so much deception…so much ” magic” where people do things that don’t work buy don’t b3 fooled…there is real stuff out there just poke yr nose into the wrong holee..

There are many, many people who have interacted with them. What about people who start acting demonized, and then a Christian casts it out, and they are normal?
Tertullian used the fact that Christians cast out demons as an apologetic. Pagans thought demonized people had gods in them. He asked why, when Christians cast them out, the spirits in them acknowledged themself as demons and the Christians could cast them out if these were gods.
What proof do you have that they were active in the first century? Isn’t the evidence since the first century of a similar nature?

When Christians avert their attention to demons they get closer to the dangerous state of invoking demons. Christians who, in ignorance, bind demons will, too often, attract or invoke demons. Christians who invoke demons and territorial spirits by ‘binding’ them come under severe spiritual attack. This starts a vicious cycle. I have seen it in my life and in that of others and in the demise of a Christian counselling service here in Ontario.

Since just about everyone gets vaccines, kids with autism get them too. If they heae vaccines cause autism, they can blame it on that. Is there an unvaccinated control group living under similar circumstances?

Medicine does not do control groups. You need to listen to the stores if you want to learn the truth. Think with a scientific mind. How many cases where parents find a disaster happens immediately or soon after a vaccination is convincing proof?

George Hartwell what I described was quasi experimental design, and yes medical research uses control groups. Maybe they did this in the past. Research methodology may not have evolved enough to use these methods vack when the polio vaccine came out. But they probably use even tighter methodologies for newer vaccines

Link Hudson Check it out. My nose says no control group and very short tests and negative results not published, plus they can ask for papers to be written by the right authors to say what they want. Also no control group with cancer treatment. Once it is made ‘standard of practice’ they are not allowed to do a true control group.

Polio had a clear definition although it referred to a variety of issues with the same general outcome. Diagnosis of polio after they came out with the vaccine insured that there were no more cases of polio. Remember what Mark Twain said about statistics?

Troy Day it could be vaccines, but how can we know? Is there any scientific evidence for the connection? If nearly everyone gets vaccines how do you know? Amish probably eat their own food. How do we know it is not hormones in our milk or something in canned or processed foods?
