  • Is ISIS driving people from 10/40 window into our back yard to evangelize them?
  • Does the Lord of the Harvest does not seem to share our alarm with migrants?
  • Is the greatest revival today among migrants?
  • Is God comparing our shrill voices the same way He listened to His disciples by Jacob’s Well?

Islamic eschatology will come and it will go, as will all nations and religions of the world! It all will come to pass.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever…
All Religions, Christianity notwithstanding, are not the same:
      Yesterday
      Today
      Forever…
      Why?
      Because their origins are earthly.

The Samaritans at least had the five books of Moses they believed in. But the Muslims don’t even have that. They don’t have anything from the old or new testament only heretical writings like the gnostic New Testament Second century writings and the Jewish apocrypha. So no, the Muslims are not modern-day Samaritans. Samaritans also were mixed breed of Jews and other nations. So genetically the Samaritans were more similar to the Jews.

When Jesus came to the Samaritans the whole town believed in him as Messiah. But Islam and Muslims deny that Jesus is the Messiah and the son of God.

Neil Steven Lawrence so you deny the notion at all?

Troy Day all nations, races, cultures etc. deserve our concern and attention to preach the gospel to them. We can also learn from their cultures and appreciate them. Even cultures that have persecuted the church more than anybody else like: Islam, need our love and concern to reach them with the gospel.

My nine year interest and study of Islam has made me understand how little the church knows about the horrors of Islam against the church. Because of pluralism in our post modern society beginning to delude the validity of Christianity over and against other beliefs systems; and equating Islam with Christianity I believe it is extremely important to understand what has been and will grow to be the greatest enemy of Christianity.

It would be more easy to equate Islam with the Judaizers and/or radical Pharisees during the New Testament times than with Samaritans. You know… the ones who said we will not eat or drink until Paul is dead! They were the suicide bombers of the ancient world! ?

Neil Steven Lawrence I do not disagree but what about the Muslim apocalyptic mentality I posted about earlier ?

Troy Day they are definitely set up to fall for the Anti- Christ kingdom!

The Mahdi is the antichrist – But to them he is their savior! The one who will bring in sharia law worldwide and the ultimate caliphate.

Jesus returns as Dahjai – something like their antichrist.

Troy Day now you’re speaking more clearly. Of course everyone on the planet is “our Samaritan.“ We must seek to minister to every people group – even if half of them in that one people group wish to kill us!
