The great Jehovah God. the Almighty God. though he dwells on high he regards the lowly. He does not forget his promise or neglect his people. He redeems our troubles. He rolls away our burden. There is none like him above or here below.
Yesterday was a day like no other. I talked to my grandchildren they called me from the state fair they were so happy.
A man challenged my efforts for Christ on the mean streets of San Francisco and just then a mother called. Weve been praying for her son for six months. Strung out on fetynal for four years and estranged from his family. Yesterday I saw him again. he was looking good and in his right mind. His mother was happy and grateful. The great Jehovah is mighty to save.
Last night my little church stood as the family of God and shared the gospel on the busy street. a few sandwiches and chips. Water and the gospel of John. some friends joined us from Oakland. Jesus was well represented.
Some days are better than others. Some days youre slugging it out by faith and some days the great Jehovah God pulls back the curtain. and we see his guiding hand and his care. its enough to know he sees when we dont see. Its alright when we cant see his hand because we can always trust his heart. peace.
