Jesus died on the cross, and the veil of separation was torn in two, from top to bottom, giving us full access at any time to God’s throne room, the holy of holies. He rose again and gave us eternal life with Him. Why is it that we spend so little time in His presence?

He is there waiting with open arms, but it takes a conscious decision to draw near and press in beyond all the distractions, something we should do daily, coming into His presence where there is fullness of joy to strengthen us, spending time in the secret place intentionally. It is there that we are not only encouraged, but grow and mature. If modern-day living makes it is hard at first, it us worth fighting for.

That intimate, consistent relationship with the Lord will be essential in the days ahead in order to face the rising darkness with the light of Jesus, full of the Father’s Love, and operate in the miraculous spiritual gifts to change the world, advance the Kingdom and bring in the harvest.

Yes, study of the Word and the assembly of the saints are important parts of our preparation.  But, ultimately, it is a matter of the heart and our relationship with Him.

No more time for complacency, compromise with worldly ways and doing our own thing. No more relying on Sunday morning church and trying to lead a good life. We must throw ourselves on His grace, fully surrendered, if we don’t want to be left behind in what He is doing in the earth in preparation for His coming.  I have found that an overwhelming joy comes from time in the secret place, being prepared as His instrument.

Church talk and church house preachers and a generation pounding on the doors . if you exercise your 47 years experience as status you are representing status quo the establishment and it’s folly .
… by the way I didn’t see your white Jesus . which is actually part of the status quo problem .

Joe Absher Status quo? Far from that for me. Thumbnail put there by PT, not me. Jesus was middle eastern and wasn’t white in complexion. I don’t yet grasp your issue with me and what I write. If I write things you disagree with, fine, but please point out specifically.

nothing changes . strange really how men think and talk and live . it’s funny too how you can say you thought people that talked about being a remnant people were holier than thou but now you believe you’re “the remnant of the remnant .” I think most church talk strange really .
