[Fear is at the least; awe, reverence, admiration and respect, we owe to the Our Abba Father.] “The fear of the LORD is pure, ENDURING FOREVER. The decrees of the LORD are firm, and all of them are righteous.” (Psa. 19:9) [As a student of Proverbs. We are to obtain wisdom and understanding, the words of wisdom and understanding, justice and judgment, so flawlessly presented to us, as to exceed in all. Wisdom itself, personified, is our teacher; and when our Abba Father’s wisdom teaches, there is no delay in learning.] “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” (Prov. 1:7) [The Proverbs not only give the instructions that are suitable to the youthful and inexperienced, but also to those who have great knowledge and understanding!] “The proverbs of Solomon…for gaining wisdom and instruction; for understanding words of insight;” (Prov. 1:1-2) [So wise men, gain additional wisdom!] “…the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance…” (Prov. 1:5) [The one who has the word of God only in his Bible and in his head, is not expected to be a steady, consistent character; HIS HEART IS NOT INVOLVED, and his obedience, can be only involuntary, or done from a sense of duty: it is not the submission of a loving, dutiful child, to his caring Abba Father. But the one hides the word of God in his heart, works from his heart; his heart goes with him in all he does, and it is his pleasures to do the will of his heavenly Father, because THE WORD IS IN HIS HEART!] “My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you, turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding…if you look for it [wisdom] as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE FEAR OF THE LORD and find the knowledge of God. (Prov. 2:1-5) [Our reverence, admiration and respect for our Abba Father allows us to live a better quality of life!] “The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, turning a person from the snares of death.” (Prov. 14:27) [Without this beneficial fear of God we will never be protected walking on the right path!] “At once he [Saul then, Paul now] began to preach in the synagogues that Jesus is the Son of God. All those who heard him were astonished…But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. He told them how Saul on his journey had seen the Lord and that the Lord had spoken to him…So Saul stayed with them and moved about freely in Jerusalem…[there was] a time of peace and was strengthened. LIVING IN THE FEAR OF THE LORD AND ENCOURAGED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT, IT INCREASED IN NUMBERS.” (Acts 9:20-31)
Be blessed as you praise The Lord, knowing that LIVING IN THE FEAR OF THE LORD SHOWS GREAT WISDOM!
