Is a theophany God or not? Did God appear to Samson’s parents and tell them his name is wonderful?

Judges 13:18
[18]And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Why askest thou thus after my name, seeing it is secret?

Secret or “Pil’îy pâlîy” in the Hebrew tongue means wonderful. Reference Isaiah 9:6.

Isaiah 9:6
[6]For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

This being the case, the oneness of Jesus as God(Colossians 2:9) is established and Trinitarianism holds no substance! Praise Jesus God of gods! Shema!

Difficult to say outright whether it is or it is not because when you consider the scripture that says “Satan can transform himself into an angel of light” you encounter the possibility of a theophany which could possibly be fake…or deceptive.
God appeared to Moses…Abraham and to the children of Israel. ..in many instances as an angel(angels) or visible manifestation of glory…Jesus appeared to Saul(Saul).
These are Biblical accounts and we believe them to be true…
My concern is this : instances of theophany is also found in many false religions and even cults….so the demarcation line so thin…no wonder the Bible cautions believers TO TEST THE SPIRITS..to see if they are from God.
Thus when I read or watch ” testimonies” by some believers of divine visitations, visions and dreams….most of the times I have my own reservations…since these ” experiences” are personal ..After all the Bible promises visions and dreams(Joel).
Yes, theophany is God if it is Jesus but what if theophany is from another “God”?…will it be God?

I think it is pretty clear from OT point of view

The Bible clearly teaches God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. Some few lines of the appearance of an angel isn’t going to change that.
