Not because I am not blessed with a lot of this world’s means but I can’t see how ministers no matter whom they be can accumulate such wealth and really I cannot see a minister being in millionaire at all
I do know that the cost of living is high in some countries and in parts of the US than others but how big a house is big enough
How expensive of a car you drive it’s too expensive
The Bible does say for those who or blessed with these Earthly riches to be able to share with their fellow believers you cannot be sharing when you are accumulating wealth
God does not want to go sticking to us
If you have a family of four is a 3000 square foot house not big enough
I do not begrudge a person having a Cadillac or a Lincoln but why do you have to have these sure enough expensive cars as these people drive
Yes I imagine Jesus would have traveled in the US in our country going from town to town with 13 man plus some other ladies going alone to help prepare their meals
But I cannot see Jesus and his disciples including Paul traveling in a Ultra automobile to get from one place to the next
Jesus might have had large place to live because of his disciples and it would probably cost a million dollars to bill now but I can’t see him spending multi-millions on a place for his ministry to shine

I wonder where they get that billion number from. All websites are saying the world’s weathliest pastors are only in the $100 million range.

In 2005 my wife and I went to the island of Mauritius for 13 days. Flying coach for 26 hours with a 12 hour layover in London and not able to leave the airport, made it so that we were no good to anyone the first 24 hours after we got there. I’d fly first class for that distance if money wasn’t an issue

I’m not saying that guy is a false prophet, I’ve never even heard him speak, but it does make me sick thinking of that much money going into a car and basically having a cavalry pulling in like that. I love how Todd White travels. How do you reach people if you’re completely elevating and separating yourself from the world?

The curse of James follows the wealthy. If scripture advises them to howl for having chosen to live well here, what must be the end for all those teachers who led them to eternal misery?

I don’t know or ever heard of this person. Practicing how not to become entangled with the matters of this world but I do question. How many of God’s sheep could be fed natural food. Have a decent place to live and medical care. There’s much WORK to be done and money answers all things. It’s financial deliverance for many of God’s children; our sisters and brothers. “…be thou warm and fed” “…bless you Child I’m holding you up in prayer” …is not showing mercy, compassion “God’s love”. God is love and we should be portraying what Christ looks like …the express image of God’s person. Sell all thou hast and follow. Pray for your brother we all have come short, we each have our thorn, it’s God’s bid-ness not mine. My judgement is “PRAYER”. YOU MAY NEVER KNOW WHAT GOD IS DOING!

Notorious Congolese pastor Alph Lukau of Alleluia Ministries International recently held a mass prayer service to help women find husbands. He said all he needed to do, was anoint their ring fingers and Mr Right would appear, in 90 days.

Women from all corners of the world gathered at Gallagher Estate in Johannesburg, each paying between R450 to R5,000 for a VIP ticket.

When Checkpoint approached the pastor for an interview, he sent out his henchmen.

This post has already been reported several times and followed by more information This just in

Alph Lukau guaranteed marriage in 90 days to gullible single women at a price on the 9th September 2016 as seen on the video link below. It’s now 126 days later and I have not heard of any of the 5000 women who got married— perhaps we should ask Tsalerato Cleri Rasogo, who confessed live a few times on the video that she believes Alph’s powerful anointing oil on her finger would get her married even within a week. From her facebook account, she is still pretty much single.

I just cannot follow someone who is richest person in the church. In Mark 10:21 a rich man up was told to sell and give to give all to the poor. Now I’m not saying that he should do that, but I am saying that he should not have more then the man of the church. If I am then God will punish me. Just saying. I really don’t care, but I would have trouble praying there.

Isara Mo Last year thousands of women from as far as Democratic republic of Congo and Seychelles descent on Gallagher estate in Midrand. They were there for Alleluia Ministries International pastor Alph Lukau’s 90-day marriage miracle countdown, themed Wholeness 4 Greatness. The church was criticized for charging R5, 000 entry fees for those seeking marriage, having problems in their relationships or battling to conceive. Now from Alleluya Ministries we were joined by Busisiwe Gaca and Pastor Rochelle Kombou. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKrG1_DxbUg

To sum it up: A ministers video recording was shown to the group with extravagant lifestyle. The poll asked if he was faked or not (original poll was deleted by poster BTW for whatever reason – their prerogative)

Many of the participants however, questioned the video and asked for explanation. Naturally, as the video was basically cars, money and bling connected to a ministerial figure, many questions about Biblical blessing and transparency came up thanks to Isara Mo Dan Irving and even Andrew Gabriel who is author of the 4 characteristics of prosperity preachers

As the discussion evolved, we asked questions about this type of ministry and the theology behind it. Hopefully a serious discussion

This is the first I’ve seen of pastor Lukau but he seems to be giving hope to his hearers, the African congregation looks well dressed. Surely he is a better role model than a rock star or even a sports hero. ( ? )

You judge false prophets by the life he lives , close to God or not. And if his prophesy, comes true. I don’t know him so I couldn’t judge. (2) so that would let me know , I don’t know if he’s the real deal or not. (3 ) and I do care. It’s important to know those that layout among you.

I hadn’t seen that post. I don’t know if he is giving to God or not. It was the love of money that the rich young ruler coveted. And not God He wanted both. I don’t see how he could not cloth his members and put shoes on their feet. And them go to bed Hungary, if they do. And him with all that money. But the thing is I don’t know what he does with it. But I do know there’s a world of starving Children I wouldn’t know how to explain it.

My wife showed me a video about him in which people confessed to being paid actors pretending to be healed.

There was a man in a coffin who was supposedly paid to act. His chest and mouth were moving before he got raised.

And now there are numerous mocking videos with people pretending to raise their resting friends from the dead.

The intro of this clip shows the preacher coming to what sounds like a serenade in tongues. Then there is a bunch of talk about miracles. I began to wonder if they would mention God or Christ. Finally someone said praise God. And the preacher threw the name of the Lord Jesus around while supposedly raising the dead.

I know what we see from orher countries and regions that makes YouTube or the news can give us a skewed view of what is going on there. But it does seem like America gas exported some religious garbage overseas in some cases–a bag of greed and exaltation of man. The bag of Charismatic and Pentecostal culture without the substance of the word of God. Then some of the preachers overseas have filled the bag up fuller.

I am not saying that is true of everyone of course. Thank God for the pure word of God.

I cannot understand why any preacher would fake miracles if he actually believes in God and that there is a day of judment.
