I pray we have eyes to see, and ears to hear, a heart that is warm, prayers full of faith, a voice of kindness & conviction. And grace to do God’s will.

    Diligence:
Diligent comes from the Latin diligere, which means “to value highly, take delight in,” but in English it has always meant careful and hard-working. If you’re a diligent worker, you don’t just bang away at your job; you earnestly try to do everything right.

The labor pool is only those who are sold out to God and are inspired His heart for the lost and aware that they have the call, responsibility and the means to help bring in the harvest.

Worldly Christians are usually oblivious, don’t care, or think of it as a “chore” they are not up to, forgetting that all they need do is plant or water, and Holy Spirit brings the increase.

I like that song. And it’s so true. The fields are empty , compared to the amount of people in the world.

“preachers are a dime a dozen?” Do you buy and sell preachers. Are your men that cheap. Was Joseph cheap at 20 peices of siver or Jeremiah or our Lord at 30 dull perishable coins. Was the their life cheap to you.

How is it such nonsense can be so easily approved and accepted and passed for truth. Are preachers not laborers in God’s vineyard?

“very common and of no particular value?” maybe you mean fake preachers?
In this day I would say let cry come up before God in heaven “give us preachers” that can’t be bought for any price. Preachers that know their God and do not bow to men or the opions of men. But stand, live or die to declare the Righteousness that is by faith in Jesus Christ.

There is a lot of sickness in this old world Mr Day. I pray God will visit with his healing power. But let’s not pray for healing and leave their soul to go to hell. Tell them about the Saviour.
