Troy Day | PentecostalTheology.comIs God’s foreknowledge of the future dynamic, not static like when the future of Nineveh was changed?
A.J. Bible
I believe scripture says so. Several times we find this same case – this will happen unless change takes place. Specifically Jonah 3:10 “And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.” OR Genesis 22:12 “And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.”
A.J. Bible
Another good example is when David repented of his sin- 2 Samuel 24:16 “And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, uthe Lord repented him of the evil, and said to wthe angel that xdestroyed the people, It is enough: stay now thine hand. And the angel of the Lord was by the threshingplace of †Araunah the Jebusite.”

Jared Cheshire not too sure why Ricky Grimsley has not jumped on this one yet 🙂
Joseph D. Absher
“And he cometh the third time, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: it is enough, the hour is come; behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
Rise up, let us go; lo, he that betrayeth me is at hand.”
– Mark 14:41,42
Jesus knew he was to be mercilessly beaten. He knew the cruel mocking and the nakedness and pain that was coming. He stepped to it. That took great courage.
Jesus the Son of God is all man. The more I read these accounts and the more I learn about the Saviour the more I love him and respect Him. Jesus had the fire.

God does not undergo any change in nature, character or essence. However, logically, there has to be a time before God decided to create. If not, not even God was free to choose. So God’s knowledge had to change. Imo

so Ricky Grimsley in this prophecy here that Charisma magazine has now removed from their site – was it written on stone or was it conditional and now the prophecy does not say what it said initially anymore? http://www.pentecostaltheology.com/trump-shall-become-gods-trumpet-to-america/
Ricky Grimsley
Who knows. If america repents perhaps God will delay judgement like ninevah. However, as as trump goes, he is in a different category now i believe. Now as a leader of a country, i think God takes a more active role in what he does. His attitude will determine how God deals with him personally but God will accomplish his outcomes just like he does will all leaders.

and lets not forget the Church which is now called to prophetically stand against the administration of Ninevah so may be just may be Ninevah and its king would repent from their evil doings before God

The idea of dynamic foreknowledge is a non-sequitur. It is an attempt to conform the omniscience of the Almighty to the confines of our profanely limited intellectual perspective. Surely God who has the capacity to foreknow every as-yet unrealized transpirational detail also has the capacity to foreknow every as-yet unmanifested decision or choice that His creation will make – it’s foundational to the idea of omniscience, and to believe less it to compromise that belief. Dynamic foreknowledge is a tenet of open theism, and as such elevates the perspective of man above the absoluteness of God.
