The Ransom Theory of Atonement, which I believe would be a great discussion in and of itself. We first see a strong stand for The Ransom Theory of Atonement in the writings of the early Church Father, Origin.
The Ransom Theory of Atonement has been heavily debated:
The believe is that the death of Christ was a Sacrifice Ransom, paid to one of three choices , 1) Satan 2) To Death and the Grave 3) God the Father.
Is the idea of Christ being a Ransom valid?
To whom was the Ransom paid?

The Random was paid for us by Jesus Christ giving His precious life on the Cross , Shedding His Life’s Blood to pay our Ransom for our sins we had done. He was willing to pay my debt. Because I was the one who sinned. Jesus never sinned nor was guild found in His Mouth. He was willing to pay my Price. So I could go free from the bondage of sin I was under. He let me go free to have freedom to serve Him. All the days of my life. And what a Glorious Freedom to Feel His Presence every day. In stead of being in bondage to sin. Thank God for freedom and for loving us that much to pay the Ransom for our sin sick soul. And bore our sins on the Cross.

The devil got paid and how!!! LOL But, “had the princes of this world known…” But ultimately justice (nature and character of God) was fulfilled and content to receive payment in full for sin and rebellion. I hope I’m not to simple. All of these discussion are valid and needed, I just hope I can talk to somebody today that never heard of Jesus saving grace and power. Have a happy confrontational day!!!

Jesus atoned for all sin, the atonement was “payment” to God the Father. All satan got was a crushed head….

“that you may remember and be confounded, and never open your mouth again because of your shame, when I atone for you for all that you have done, declares the Lord GOD.” Eze. 16:63 (ESV)

Being righteous,God fulfilled His own law of a perfect sacrifice. Nothing actually paid, it’s a metaphor.

The Bible tells you in Genesis 3:15 that God was going to send a son. He would bruised Satan head and it would bruised His heel. That was a promise of Jesus coming. He’s the devil knew who Jesus was. When the man in the Bible , I think his name was Simon , not sure. But anyway when the disciples was in Revival and casting out Devils. He tried to do the same thing. The spirit answered back to him and said Jesus I know and Paul I know. But who are you? In the Old Testament time they offered animal sacrifices for sin but every year had to do the same thing again. When they got snake bit. Moses ask the Lord what to do. And He (the Lord )told him to make a brazen serpent and put it on a pole. When they got bit. Look upon the brazen serpent and they would be healed. That brazen serpent was pointing toward the Cross. It had to be a spotless Lamb to be offered up but Jesus. He Was The Spotless Lamb. That’s the reason He is Called The Lamb Of God in the Bible. And he didn’t trick the devil. The devil was in the Garden that he would try to make man sin. And he did. But the Jesus says in the Bible. No man takes His life. I lay it down freely. He said I could call ten thousand angels to deliver Him. But He loved us enough to become man and lay His life Freely for our sins. No one loves you like Jesus. Even when you are against Him. He loves you. The Bible says. While we were yet sinners Jesus died for us. Would you die for someone that didn’t love you? Well Jesus Did. You may never love Him. But you rest assured that He loves you. And you will see that some day that is unless you already love Him.

Jesus paid the devil nothing. He gave His life on the Cross for our sins. He paid the devil nothing. He deserves nothing but what he’s getting. Jesus did what he did for us. TheBible says The wages of sin is death. But the gift of God is Eternal life. The Bible says we reap what you sow. If Jesus hadn’t have given His Life Freely. We would have to pay for it. And that would have been where the devil is. ButJesus Choose to give His life Freely for our sins. He took the keys away from Satan over death , hell , and the grave.

Are you saying Jesus was not the Son in Genesis 3:15 and became the Son later in life? How do you interpret His Sonship in Genesis 3:15 ?

No way. God has allays been God. He’s the same in the beginning as He is now. This presents actually speaking to Satan you used a woman to bring down the human race. And I will use the woman as an instrument to bring the Redeemer into the world Who will save the human race

Sin debt was against the Triune Godhead, therefore, it was payment only to Him. Satan is owed nothing by anyone, accept judgement, which God will exact at the proper time. Death, hell, and the grave are a result of man’s sin. They can neither exact judgement or repeal it. They are not eternal living creatures, but are the fruit of sinful choices. They and Satan and his fallen angels will be banished by the one true eternal God.

This thing will post st the least move. Anyway Romans 16:20 says And the God of peace will Crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you Amen (crush ) Strong’s –4937 means To trample upon break in pieces, shatter ,bruise , grinddown, smash. This statement in verse twenty ,alludes to Gen. 3:15. Our victory is a continuation of Christ Victory when He bruised the head of the serpent at Calvary Suntribo points to present victories over the powers of darkness as well as to the ultimate destruction of satan’s kingdom at the Second Coming of Christ.

I’d be interested here on an explanation along the Ransom Theory of Atonement by our calvinators Charles Page Lennie Marx and Peter Christian

I have no interest if it not in the written word of G-d! Because it can only cause confusion as is the case in many churches!
