The Eunuch: Having a Yearning Heart to Know Part 2

After the Spirit lead Philip to the eunuch’s chariot, he heard him reading Isaiah: v32 “He was led as a sheep to slaughter, and like a lamb silent before its shearer, so He opened not His mouth. 33 “In His humiliation He was deprived of right-ruling. And who shall declare His generation? Because His life was taken from the earth.” Philip asked him: “Do you know what you are reading?” The eunuch replied: 31 And he said, “How am I able, unless someone guides me?”

Most of us know what he being spoken of in v32: the 1st coming of Yeshua/Messiah and Him giving His life for our sins, the last Lamb to be sacrificed. Which brought the End of the Law of sacrifices, circumcision & priesthood temple duties as Galatians tells us. But what is so ‘odd’ is he just came from ‘church/synagogue’ of worship in Jerusalem, couldn’t a ‘priest or elder or leader’ of the worship center told him of these things! It seems we go to ‘church/synagogues’ and come out of them with very little understanding as though we are purposely kept ‘dumb-down’ from the Father’s Truths and Way. Most of us realize we have been taught the ‘dumb-down’ doctrines… or could say much of the Truth has been purposely hid from us, which can only mean the ‘churches/synagogues’ are not made to lead us to the Father and His Truths. We can claim night & day, ‘I am the Way, Truth and Life’, but most of us have been taught to have very little understanding. I never knew what ‘sin’ was until I left the ‘churches’ & began reading the Bible along with the Spirit’s guiding! Strange, yes!

The eunuch knew of the ‘teaching’ of ‘walking on the narrow path’… to love and obey the Father/Creator, but the Messiah was ‘hidden’ from him in the churches/synagogues! Today it’s the opposite for most people, ‘we have heard of the Messiah, the last Lamb sacrificed for our sins if we confess them & His favor/grace’ … but what is ‘sin’?????? So, most of the Way and Truth are kept out of the ‘churches’ on purpose of how to ‘walk as He walks.’ Certain verses are ‘ALWAYS IGNORED’ to have misunderstandings. The eunuch kept seeking understanding until the Father knew his heart and then purposely sent Philip to explain the Scriptures! A willing heart can find if he/she will search with all their heart and soul. Matt 7: 7 “Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you. (Isn’t that what the eunuch did: ask, seek, knock… He/Messiah is standing at the door waiting for you to ‘want’ to open it!)
