Christ went to the altar 2000 years ago one and for all. The true Church has no altar.

Duane L Burgess it is tradition and a preacher gets self worth if the altar is filled. Many see going to the altar as a catharsis and feel like they are right when they go down. Too many go to the altar and not Jesus.
