When Jesus argued with the Sadducees he used at the burning bush as his proof for the resurrection.
Job also had a very clear belief on the resurrection. Job 19:25
So did David. Psalm 16:9-10
Also Isaiah Isaiah 26:19
All before 2nd temple period.
