I can’t point you to a good English exegesis that I’ve read but I have a good friend who is fluent in Chinese and is an excellent Bible student of the primitive Baptist faith.

It would be silly to presume Kittel is necessary for “true exegesis”. Can it help? Sure. Is it necessary? No.
