For those who walk close to the Lord, we find His favor even in the smallest things. Like grocery shopping!

A Testimony

I had looked in three different discount stores for ground ginger, and. surprisingly, none of them carried it.

I prayed for my shopping before going to Aldi today.

Results:

  • I finally found ground ginger, and got the last one (saved for me, of course).
  • Aldi had a good sale on strawberries, which I needed to make a strawberry spinach salad for a potluck dinner – got the last one.
  • I eat hummus most evenings for a snack. Small containers get expensive. Aldi advertised a large, two-pound container at a good price. Guess what? Yep, I got the last one.
  • Aldi had been out of one of my favorite drinks, cranberry-pomegranate juice. This time, when I looked, there was just one on the shelf waiting for me to buy.

All four of these just coincidences? I think not.
