2 Timothy Chapters 1,2,3,4,Titus Chapter 1
Jesus Christ, has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light. “This is a faithful saying: for if we die with Him, we shall also live with Him. If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us. If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.” Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. A servant of the Lord must not quarrel, but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps, will grant them repentance…” Turn away from those who have a form of godliness but deny the power of it. Remember, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that a man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.””Preach the word! For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.” Be encouraged to continue to fight the good fight, to run the race that is set before you and without doubt, keep the faith, in Jesus name.
