1973 Vision by David Wilkerson CORONA VIRUS Covid-19

Some persons may be impressed by this David Wilkerson prophecy, but one has to listen carefully to it to understand it is a repetition of other false prophesies he issued in the 1970s, and which I have commented in my earlier posting. To be specific about this one, his prophecy about a world wide recession is wrong. It is supposed to start in Germany and spread to Japan and then the US. This makes sense in the 1970s (China is not mentioned) in regards to the economic powers then in place. The recession is caused by “economic confusion” not be a pandemic. There are further prophecies of wide spread earthquakes in the US (He missed the biggest one in modern time in Japan a decade ago). He adds his usual rant about pornography and children rebelling against parents. Both are serious issues indeed, but he is not really prophetic on this. Then he goes on to predict a union of Liberal Protestant Churches and the Catholic Church – pure BS probably from Satanic sources in inflame Protestant/Catholic suspicions, and manipulative of Fundamentalists fears/suspicions.
When one issues broad prophecies they “sort of fit” some circumstances in the present. For instance there is a cottage industry of trying to fit the mumbo-jumbo of Nostradamus to contemporary issues. In short there is sufficient falsity to this prophecy to safely disregard all of it.

So you would for the sake of your own opinion destroy the confidence that others have in Rev Wilkerson …………….I am sure Jesus would be so proud of you He did not even do that to Judas . When I have won as many souls as he has , I might find something to condemn him.with. OTHER WISE . Rom_14:4 Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Doyle Rogers It is important in the Christian life to recognize wise men and heroes, and certainty Wilkerson was such in his primary mission, i.e. Teen Challenger, wher he jelped so many youths. But like paul reproofing Peter, it is important for the sake of the Churcvh not to let serious error pass.

To sow suspicion of a Brother in a public forum Is not scriptural .The instructions from the scriptures is ….Gal_6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted…don’t wait later after he has passed, on and gossip about him.
